Explorer Day Camp

It’s a perfect end to your summer vacation with interpretive programs at Knob Noster State Park. Participants will kayak, hike and learn about our native Missouri wildlife while earning their Missouri State Parks and Historic Sites Explorer Patch!

Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Call 660-563-2463 to register by July 31. Attend each day to earn your free Explorer Patch. Reminder: lunch will not be provided. Click here to read the news release.

Who is this camp for?
  • Open to children ages 8 to 14 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult during the camp
What to bring:
  • Sunblock
  • Water Bottle
  • Insect Repellent
  • Sturdy Shoes and Outdoor Appropriate Clothing
  • Your Sense of Wonder!

  • Meet at the visitor center
