INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR CROWDER STATE PARK IS JUNE 7
JEFFERSON CITY, MO., MAY 27, 2008 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold an informational meeting on Saturday, June 7, to discuss issues related to Crowder State Park near Trenton. The meeting is 7 to 9 p.m. at the campground amphitheater, and the public is invited.
Representatives from the park will be available to discuss operational issues and plans for the park. Visitors are invited to share comments on the park and its facilities.
The meeting is part of an ongoing effort by the department to ensure that the public has input on the facilities and services offered in state parks and historic sites.
Crowder State Park is located four miles west of Trenton on Highway 146 in Grundy County.
