CELEBRATE NATIONAL TRAIL DAY JUNE 1
AT DR. EDMUND A. BABLER MEMORIAL STATE PARK
JEFFERSON CITY, MO., MAY 19, 2008 -- Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park is celebrating National Trail Day on Sunday, June 1. Sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, this event is from 1 to 3 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
Volunteers will have fun as they help clean up the park's trails and learn about them at the same time. Individuals and groups are welcome to participate. This is a great opportunity for Scout groups, schools and other groups.
Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park is located 20 miles west of St. Louis on Highway BA, between U.S. 40 and Highway 100.
