Ha Ha Tonka State Park is an amazing place rich with both cultural and natural resources. Park staff invite you to explore these resources in the Great Ha Ha Tonka Scavenger Hunt.
To begin, you will need to check in at the visitor center to receive your clue card and instructions. The hunt will take you to and through some of the most amazing resources the park has to offer. Completion of the course will require hiking some moderate to rugged trail portions. There is no prize for finishing first. However, all individuals or groups who finish their scavenger hunts before 5 p.m. will have the option to have their photo taken and placed on a digital certificate of completion.
To get to the visitor center from U.S. Highway 54, turn onto State Road D and continue for approximately 1.3 miles. The visitor center will be on your right. For more information, please call 573-346-2986.
