Bush Honeysuckle Hike

Join Missouri State Parks, the Katy Land Trust, the Open Space Council and the Missouri Department of Conservation for the second annual Honeysuckle Hike to help remove bush honeysuckle from the Katy Trail corridor. Participants will learn how to identify bush honeysuckle and learn techniques for removing the harmful plant. Meet at the Augusta trailhead on the Katy Trail. Youth under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For those interested in helping to remove the honeysuckle, tools and protective gear will be provided by Missouri State Parks.
