Hypsibema Exhibit

Guy Darrough from nearby Bollinger County will bring a scale model of the dinosaur Hypsibema, a smallish dinosaur that lived in southeast Missouri. Hypsibema has been suggested for the state finosaur. Park visitors will be able to admire the authentic scale model developed from the excavated fossil bones found near Marble Hill, Mo. Darrough will be on hand all day to provide interpretation. He is associated with the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History in Glenn Allen.

Event times: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
