Fishing

The historic site has six ponds suitable for fishing that are stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish. The daily limits are posted on brown signs around each of the ponds. Boats are prohibited. For more information, please contact the site office at 660-584-2853.

Picnic Areas

The historic site has a historic pergola (not covered) that can be used for family gatherings. There are also picnic sites with grills in several areas. All areas are usable on a first-come, first-served basis.
