Trails

Boone's Lick Walking Trail -- approximately 3/8 mile

This gravel trail winds its way from the parking lot through woodlands to the spring/salt works site. Half of the trail length is of a steep to moderate grade and is not accessible to persons with disabilities. There are steps on the steepest portion of the hillside and benches to rest on. Interpretive signs along the trail explain the natural and archaeological features found in the area.
