Big Lake State Park Campground Information
9/1/10 -- A number of campsites may be reserved now for Sept. 1 through Oct. 3 arrivals. After Oct. 3, limited campsites will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Big Lake State Park offers basic and electric campsites. On-season (April through October) services include a dump station, modern restrooms, showers (north showerhouse), water, laundry and reservable sites. The south showerhouse opens May 1.
Reservations can be made for stays during the on-season. There is a required two-night minimum stay for reservations on weekends.
Firewood is sold at the park store during the on-season. Campers planning to carry in firewood must comply with current firewood advisories.
During the off-season (November through March), potable water is available from the frost-free spigot at the dump station.
