Temporary Closure at MM 56.8 - Katy Trail State Park
The trail is closed at MM 56.8 (near the Weldon Spring Trailhead) through early March 2012. This temporary closure is due to construction replacing the bridge over Little Femme Osage Creek. A half-mile detour around the construction area has been provided and uses an old railroad spur and railroad bridge in Weldon Spring Conservation Area. Detour signs are posted at the area.
